IMPORTANT: Hardware Compatibility and Update Requirement

• Update to the latest firmware (FW) first. —this is required before contacting support. Devices cannot be confirmed as compatible or able to pair if they have different or outdated firmware versions.
  
• Current hardware revision of Wireless Wiegand devices is REV.3  If you have older LO device - we can replace it to the new device. LO devices do not support firmware updates. Please do not perform update on them.
  
• Devices with mismatched hardware models (LO and LC) are incompatible ​​​​​​​and will not pair. Ensure both devices have matching hardware models (LO or LC). You can see model at the device screen when upgraded to the latest firmware.
  

Firmware Upgrade Instructions:

1. Connect the device to the internet.
2. Access the device via its local IP address (LAN only, not AP mode).
3. Update to the intermediate firmware version (2.058):
   • Go to the "Maintenance" tab and click "Check and Update."
4. Wait for the update to complete, then power cycle the device.
5. Re-access the device via its local IP.
6. Update to the latest firmware version (3.XXX).
   
7. Reboot the device.
   

Verification:

• Both devices must display FW: 3.XXX LO REV1 on the firmware line.
• LO ≠ LC: Devices with mismatched radio modules will not pair. Newer devices has an upgraded radio module and will be displaying LC. Older devices has a different radio module and will be displaying LO.
  
• REV1 compatibility: Devices with/without REV1 will pair and function normally. Devices displaying REV1 has sensor buttons, devices that are not displaying REV1 has a mechanical buttons.
  

* For REV1 devices, use the WiFi side button to unlock the top keys.
** Master and Slave devices will be sold as a kit to limit the possibility of different device hardware versions mixing in the future.
