ICON-PRO Firmware Update Guide
* Firmware updates are not optional — every new install must be updated, pre-configured, and tested on the bench before going onsite.*
Option 1: USB Flash Tool (for firmware < 1.203)
Link to the USB Flash Tool instructions.
Only Firmware ≥ 2.203 is guaranteed to update safely over Service Menu or OTA Cloud Server (see below). Use USB Flash tool if you experience issues with other methods.
Option 2: SERVICE MENU Update (for firmware > 1.203)
- Connect to controller AP via short button press or reboot
- In browser, open http://192.168.4.1:88, login: admin / admin123
- Go to Firmware Update → click Update from Server
- Wait for update, confirm reboot, and listen for audio signal on success

Option 3: OTA Main Menu Update (for firmware > 1.203)
Requires stable network connection. Use other methods in such scenario
- In browser, open your device IP, (e.g http://192.168.1.10), login: admin / admin123
- Go to Maintenance → click Check & Update
- Wait for completion; controller reboots automatically
- Important Notes
- For firmware below v1.203, use USB Flash Tool. Cloud OTA update is not guaranteed.
