Go to the web interface → click "Check for New Update".
If it says "No update available", your device is fully updated.
Unplug the controller, wait 10–15 seconds, then reconnect power.
Retry the update.
Do the same full power cycle and try again.
Update over Ethernet for best stability.
Wi-Fi updates are not recommended.
If needed, place the controller near the router or use a phone hotspot.
Make sure Wi-Fi signal is stronger than -65 dB.
Do not update in AP mode (when connected to the controller’s access point). Once you connect to local LAN, close 192.168.4.1 page and access the device via it's new LOCAL IP address, then perform the update.
