Problems with connecting the electric lock

Problems with connecting the electric lock

The electric lock is opened by releasing the exit button, not by pressing it.

Incorrect setting of the button response type (C/NC or C/NO) in the controller:
  1. If the button is connected to the C/NO (normally open) contacts, change the response type in the controller settings to "Close".
  2. If the button is connected to the C/NC (normally closed) contacts, change the response type in the controller settings to "Open".

The electric lock opens spontaneously. PIR Motion Sensor is used as an output device.

Incorrect setting of the connected device:
  1. Make sure that the settings of the PIR Motion Sensor are set correctly. The sensitivity or delay time may not be set correctly, resulting in false alarms.
Improper location of the motion sensor:
  1. Avoid installing the sensor in high-traffic areas such as near vents or windows, as this may cause false alarms.
Ambient Influence:
  1. Make sure that ambient conditions such as changes in light or temperature do not affect the operation of the motion sensor. For example, sunlight or exposure to heaters may cause false alarms.
Improper wiring:
  1. Check the connection of the motion sensor to the controller or lock. Make sure the wires are connected securely and there are no short circuits.
