[ICON-Pro] How to Update Firmware?

Purpose: Upgrading ICON-Pro Firmware via Cloud Server

Important: For installed devices!
Complete the following prerequisites before starting the firmware update to ensure a smooth and safe upgrade process:
- Disconnect All Non-Essential Connections: Ensure that all input, output, and reader connectors are disconnected, except for the power connection. The unit should not process any data or I/O status during the upgrade.
- Internet Connection: Verify that the unit is connected to a router with active Internet access.
- Power Reset: Before initiating the upgrade, reset the power and allow the unit to fully boot up.
- Continuous Power Supply: Do not turn off the power during the update. Interruptions may corrupt the installation, potentially rendering the unit inoperable until reprogrammed via a USB cable.
- Update Risks: Ignoring these preliminary steps could lead to the unit not powering on, booting with limited functionality, or experiencing other malfunctions.

For New Devices or Devices After a Full Reset: You may proceed directly with the update steps if the device is new or has been reset to factory settings.
Connect the device to a 12-24 VDC power source.Connect the device to an Ethernet network with internet access. If available, use PoE.Connect to your device's Wi-Fi network. The Wi-Fi (AP) name is listed on the label on the unit's case.
Make sure your computer is connected to the same local area network as your device.Open a web browser and enter the IP address 192.168.4.1.

Troubleshooting:
- If an error message appears during the update, check for a stable connection. If stable, retry the update by clicking "Check and Update".
- For errors at 95% download or more, wait 30 seconds and reboot the device. After reboot, check the firmware version in the system section of the web interface.
- If the interface is unresponsive, verify the device’s connection status.
- If disconnected, reboot the device and attempt to reconnect.
